DESCRIPTION:Being Procurement Ready – Deciphering your clients needs\nAs the 2020 Major Project Infrastructure Pipeline outlined there is significant increase in potential workload in Queensland across the engineering and construction sector. The construction sector has been highlighted as the key industry to help the Queensland economy recover from the economic impacts of 2020. As a result there is an increase in projects being brought to market by public and private clients alike; however with changing demands and conditions on projects clients are looking for construction organisations and consortia to take on more and more responsibility. \nUnderstanding these client objectives is important in responding to tenders. Being tender ready for 2021 is important for the industry. \nThe QMCA will be kicking off its 2021 industry breakfast series on February 11 with a panel discussion on being tender ready- deciphering your clients needs. Come along and hear from a panel of industry experts and get in shape for what will be a big year. \n
