DESCRIPTION:Join QMCA and our partners for the QMCA Construction Sciences and CMW Geosciences 2024 Golf Day. \nTaking place at Keperra Golf & Country Club\, our annual golf day is bigger than ever as up to 136 players battle it out in teams of 4 to win the QMCA Claret Jug. Comprising a shotgun start Ambrose 4 ball competition\, the day promises to be an enjoyable\, friendly competition for golfers of all abilities. With the longest drive and closest to the pin competitions\, as well as prizes for winners and wooden spooners\, the QMCA Construction Sciences and CMW Geosciences Golf Day is a great way to reward your team\, entertain clients\, or enjoy a hike through the countryside while occasionally finding your lost golf ball. \nThere are only 15 teams available\, so book now to avoid missing out. \nWhen: Thursday 29 August 2024 from 11.00am to 6:30pm \nWhere: Keperra Golf Club\, 44 Duggan St\, Keperra \nCost: $500 (+ GST) per team of 4 players (includes pre-packed lunch\, and dinner) \nDetails for the Day \nPlayer Registration – Putting green \nPresentation – Function room \nCourse – Holes 9-27 \nRegistration and Briefing – 11.00am-11.45am (Putting Green) \nTee Time – 12.00noon (shotgun) \nEvent – 4 ball Ambrose \nMotorised carts – All players in carts \nAuxiliary Events – Nearest the Pin / Longest Drive/Lowest Team Score/Bradman (Highest team score)/Most Balls Lost \nFood and Drink \nLunch and dinner are included in your ticket price: \n\nLunch – pre-packed sandwiches\nDinner (from 5.00pm) – BBQ Style Buffet\n\n\nChicken\, Bacon & Lemon Braise\nSoy lime Chicken Drumsticks\nPork & Fennel Thick Sausages\nCous Cous Salad\nGreek Salad\nBread and butter\nCondiments\n\nDrink carts will be in operation on the day. The carts take card and cash payments. A post-event dinner is included\, and drinks can be purchased from the bar using cash or a card. \nDietary Requirements \nPlease advise of any dietary requirements for your players. We will work with the club to arrange suitable alternatives where possible. \nEquipment \nAll players will require appropriate golf equipment.
