On behalf of our members and wider stakeholders, QMCA has today lodged a submission with the Legal Affairs and Community Safety Committee in relation to the Criminal Code (Trespass Offenses) Amendment Bill 2019.
QMCA supports the introduction of stiffer penalties through the introduction of the Criminal Code (Trespass Offences) Amendment Bill 2019, to further deter people from undertaking such illegal activities and directly impacting the lawful operation of businesses in Queensland.
