Logan Ford

JF Hull Holdings

 Logan Ford is working on the Coomera Connector Central Project as a Graduate Engineer with JF Hull Holdings. He is an integral member of the structures team, contributing to major concrete works.

Logan demonstrated strong initiative and clear communication while overcoming program challenges during the critical transversely stressed bridge extension.

He has made a meaningful contribution to the industry and his colleagues by proactively initiating team building activities that strengthen workplace culture and foster connection amid the pressures of delivering a major infrastructure project.


Noelia Lopez

Decmil

Noelia Lopez is a Project Engineer at Decmil with three years of construction experience in Argentina and almost three years in Australia. She has strong technical capability and leadership potential.

Noelia excelled on Queensland Hydro’s Temporary Workers Accommodation Camp project at Borumba Dam, delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions in a challenging and remote environment.

She encourages open communication and collaboration, supporting team resilience and fostering a safe and respectful work environment.


Rachel McKenzie

Decmil

Rachel McKenzie is a Commercial Manager at Decmil with over 15 years of experience in contract management and administration.

She demonstrated initiative in her role on Queensland Hydro’s Temporary Workers Accommodation Camp project at Borumba Dam, successfully establishing trust with new internal and external stakeholders despite the limited time available to build important relationships.

Rachel’s mentorship strengthens team capability and reflects her commitment to supporting the next generation of construction professionals.


Andrew Raphael

CMC

Andrew Raphael has more than 15 years of experience in major transport infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales and exemplifies the qualities of an accomplished civil engineering professional.

Working on the Rockhampton to Yeppoon Road upgrade with CMC, his innovative approach to developing the construction program enabled the project to meet stringent deliverables despite technical and resource challenges.

Andrew fosters an inclusive team culture and is recognised as an exceptional mentor, investing time into developing young engineers.


Gabrielle Rochet

Red Fox Advisory

Gabrielle Rochet is a Civil Engineer at Red Fox Advisory. As Site Engineer on the Birtinya Cable-Stay Pedestrian Bridge project, she oversaw all phases of the bridge construction and client and stakeholder engagement while managing the project timeline.

Her engineering knowledge, attention to detail and effective communication style enable her to navigate and overcome project challenges.

Gabrielle is an advocate for young female engineers, attending Young Engineers Australia events and delivering presentations to the broader industry.


Madison Scott

Fulton Hogan

Madison Scott plays a pivotal role in driving people-focused sustainability initiatives in her role as Fulton Hogan’s Sustainability Coordinator.

She conceived and led an Australian-first pilot program of AI-enabled waste-tracking cameras. The initiative closed data gaps, enabled real-time contamination alerts, and earned innovation credit potential for Infrastructure Sustainability ratings.

Madison is shaping industry guidance through contributions to the Australian Constructors Association’s Emissions Reporting Guidelines and QMCA’s Technology & Innovation papers.

She participates in school pathways programs to raise awareness of construction careers and broaden understanding of industry opportunities.

Seymour Whyte

Andrea Bool is a Contracts Administrator at Seymour Whyte and Procurement Lead for The Wave Stage 2 Tender. After balancing part-time work with caring responsibilities, she has transitioned successfully into full-time employment, strengthening her impact across the business.

Andrea leads contractor onboarding and compliance, supports procurement strategy, prepares key commercial documentation while assisting teams across multiple regions.
